Executive Committee The Senate is made up of over 50 members and the Executive committee has the responsibility of setting and maintaining the organization's overall goals. To ensure cooperation, communication, and achievement, the committee meets each week to discuss the business of the Senate. The President leads Exec meetings and is joined by the Vice-President, the standing Committee Chairs, and the Presidential Appointees. These meetings are used to discuss issues and ideas, give updates for ongoing committee projects, and address concerns. As a Senate leader, each executive officer brings an important voice to the table and helps to guide the organization towards successful student governance. Additionally, each executive officer serves at least three hours per week in the Senate office. The Executive committee is the leadership of the Senate.
